LDI Director, Prof. Y.S. Lee, delivers a special lecture entitled ”Law and Economic Development: An Open Introduction” on May 29 (10 a.m. to 12 p.m.) at New York University School of Law (Vanderbilt Hall 210).

The lecture, which is also an openining session of the Law and Development Program, will review the evolution of â€œlaw and development,â€ analyze the importance of LFIs on economic development, and present new analytical frameworks to better understand the impact of law on economic development.
Professor Lee also delivers special lectures on law and development and its application to law reform at several leading law firms in South Korea,including Kim & Chang, Yulchon, Gwangjang, and Shin & Kim, from June 11 to June 25.
